Don't really have much picture info on how to do this, its more or less me letting everyone know that with matching scale factors You can put a "T" bar in just about any vehicle...... This particular model is the "Revell" turbo Cobra which has been re popped several times and variations over the years all varioations the car has a "sunroof" option I am more of a hard top guy so i eather fill in the sunroofs with styrene and putty, or in this case Turned the car into a "t" roof the scale is 1/25, The "T" bar is borrowed from any amt or mpc mustang model kit many different kit variations over the years ( anyone ever needs a "T" bar I have a few to spare) I'll send one just ask! This T bar also works great for the amt and mpc mustang II kits as some people called them the "Pinto" stangs I will try and find a pic of a pinto stang with a "t" bar conversion and add it to the post your best friend for these jobs is the "Razor saw"

this car is hard to get right!! i finally have left it as it is now..... the roof is the resin roof from the "Mad" notchback that i converted to t -top i wanted to reuse parts and keep cars whole insted of chopped and hacked bodys missing roofs in the parts bins...... think it looks rather cool though if i must say so

looks like a bag of skittles almost so many colors 2nd pic represents reusing parts taken from other places and reused in others i removed the taillamp area in the rear monogram revell bumper 1/25 scale cobra stang and in the holes i replaced the opening with the cheesegrader taillamps i removed from the amt/ mpc kits updating the older kit with more up to style more modernized fox parts looks cool too!

very cool Eric, i'd imagine you can use bigger sprue and smaller spru to adjust the diameter size for larger or smaller springs,
Think I am going to give this a try Eric the mpc kits have springs already but I would like to try more realistic looking springs.....

In addition to the toothpicks, I guess a thick pc of cardboard, or green floral foam. Can be used where the pointed end of the picks can be stabbed into, or get a chunk of that green floral foam for cheap and that can be used to stab the toothpicks into to hold the pcs while painting

the most difficult part of the job is carefully carving out the molded in cheesegrader taillamps on the 87-88 foxbody bodys that have the 5.0 badges on the body..... to make way for the clear lamps

no problemo I had always wondered what the little clear plastic lenses were, they left them on the tree for the 87/ 88 gt kits by amt/ mpc
