as the convertable did not officially return untill 1983, i'm sure this model kit was based off the 82 concepts for another convertable I modified the face to make it look better with a svo looking headlamp bucket facelift  |

I like the looks of the SVO headlight conversion. Also like the MPC Mustang GT box in your first photo. That's one I don't have.
