This is looking really good! I've got that kit, but I haven't built it yet. I've got a set of those seat decals that I got off of evil bay. How'd they work? They look good in the picture.
I had a '79 Pace Car back in the early '90's. It was originally a V-8, but the guy I bought it from blow it and replaced it with a 5.0 H.O. and a 5 speed from an '85 GT. I had alot of fun driving that car!

the 79 may have had the smaller 4.2 v8? the pace cars probly had the 5.0 though it for sure probly only had a 4 speed srod tranny originally I say the t-5 and the roller 85 5.0 was probly major improvemrnt those are the very sets of decals from evil bay lol I actually had contacted the seller directly to buy a 2nd set..... just paypaled the cash and he sent another set way easier then flea bay the decals work great I did not use them as waterslide, i just clearcoted, trimmed the them to fit into place just lightly brushed white elmers glue onto the seats and firmly pressed into place. Where the thigh bolsters are at at the bottom of the seat, and at the very top of the seat where it looks like theres a seam in the seat i trimmed 2 seperate parts large and a small to better simulate seams in the fabric and seats I say the decals are well worth the $ spent I need to find another set guess i may write the guy directly
