Don't know if this is really the place or not to post this
MPC was pretty smart when they created their fox rockets!
To begin with as a younger kit i had always wondered why there was ectra clear parts on the tree of the windows on the amt/ mpc 87/ 88GT mustang foxbody kits.......
It was untill i Gathered and collected a few of the SVo variations (silver and Black) that I Realized thats where the little extra lenses came from and or go to
headlight filler pcs for the svo buckets!
the picture should make sense of the words......
the Older kit representing the First to come out svo's had a glass halogen headlamps set into the body (chrome buckets alone)
the newer svo's (last ones made) had a flush plastic compound headlamp similar to the new 87' GT Mustangs
The fellas at Mpc thought this out and made little clear plastic insert lenses to fill in the hole and make a flush front composite front end
Very cool I thought!
