I've posted this on another forum but here it is again. I rebuilt this MPC Ford J car from two different glue bombs. The box art showed a model that was half clear and half painted, so I decided to duplicate that. The decals are from Fred Cady. The front bodywork had a large crack in it but I was able to just hide it under the painted section. Although it is pretty well hidden, I used a Revell parts pack 427 engine. The tires came from my spare parts box.

very cool , very clean build, I build one of those visable v-8 Engines as a kid, i'd love to get another, and build one, but paint only a section of it to make it look like a breakaway diagram!! welcome to our little ford corner of the cyber net

Very sharp work. I know those aren't easy to build. I like how you did the half and half box art scheme.
